Spare parts

Every part is
replaceable

Designed to last, the Masticbox SADURR® is fully repairable. Caps, valve, filter, O-rings: replace only the worn part rather than the whole product.

Repairable for life
FR Made in France

Why spare parts?

Because a product that lasts isn't a product to throw away. SADURR® was designed from the start to be dismountable and repairable.

Cost-effective

Replace a worn part from €1.20 instead of buying a whole new Masticbox. Years of use for just a few euros.

Eco-friendly

No material waste. Repairing rather than throwing away divides the environmental footprint of your Masticbox over its entire lifetime.

Long-lasting

O-rings, valves, filters: every part is catalogued and available to order. Your Masticbox stays operational indefinitely.

Frequently asked questions

When and how to replace your parts

Which part should I replace first?

The caps and O-rings are the most heavily used parts and the first to show signs of wear. If your Masticbox no longer holds the vacuum, check the O-rings and the valve cap first.

The filter doesn't wear out — it regenerates in the oven or microwave (see our user guide). You only need to replace it if it's broken.

How do I know if my filter is worn out?

The filter itself doesn't wear out. The silica gel beads inside it become saturated with moisture. When they turn transparent, simply reactivate them in the oven or microwave.

You only need to replace the filter if it's physically broken or if the beads have been contaminated by product (sealant or silicone).

How long do the O-rings last?

With normal use, O-rings last several years. However, they can wear out faster if:

• You frequently take apart and reassemble your Masticbox
• The O-rings come into contact with aggressive products
• They were pinched during a forced assembly

Is there a complete replacement kit?

For now, parts are sold individually so you only pay for what you need. If you want to put together a complete repair kit, just add the parts to your cart one by one.

Are the parts compatible with all SADURR® models?

Yes, the parts on this page are compatible with the single Masticbox, the Pack of 6, the Quattro, and the PRO. All Masticbox SADURR® share the same mechanical architecture: the same caps, the same valve, the same filter.
